synergi first is interested in providing people with direction in life; skills such as vision and goal-setting, managing the negative and other fundamental competencies not usually taught in schools.

It sometimes takes a personal life event to reset one's priorities. Thomas Le Hoang, the founder of SYNERGi FIRST, experienced such a life event through his family's close encounter with a fatal disease. His younger brother, who was studying to become a doctor, was diagnosed with malignant cancer whilst still in his 20's.

Thomas wrote a book about the wisdom that came to him, his brother and the rest of his family from this life event. The book is called "The Power of You".

Many of the lessons in this book are applicable to everyday life. Thomas went on to become one of Australia's most successful real estate brokers.

He then founded a company to help others in our community be successful - achieving goals higher than they thought possible, whilst maintaining a healthy balance between work and life.

This company is SYNERGi FIRST.
 






  One morning, the author was woken up by a telephone call from Belgium. His brother had contracted cancer. Within a few words, his entire world had changed. That same day, still in shock, he floated from one bookshop to another, searching for a book that could help him understand what his entire family was going through, a book that could help him share their pain. There was none to be found.

As he wrote the lessons he got out of his brother's illness, he discovered many facets that would slowly help him improve his own life.

  

Thanks to the experience, there is now a book available. Probably the first ever written that relates the story through the eyes of seven family members: "The Power of You" by Thomas V. Le Hoang.

 

To date, this book has helped him and many of his friends:

Understand the value of leading a fulfilling life.

Become closer to their family.

Think about and seek their real potential.

Apply themselves to their profession as a genius at
        his craft, rather than as a machine performing a chore.
