Advanced Leadership:
After a series of leadership seminars focusing on the foundation of a real estate business, we will challenge delegates to focus on the most important element of their business: Themselves.
So much money has been spent on improving team members who end up leaving.
As your leadership grows, so will your business. In other words, there is no point asking for a better business if you don’t improve yourself first.
It is certain that real estate can be a revolving door. In our experience, the constant loss of good people can only be remedied by better leadership. People will only follow better leaders.
This new seminar will focus on YOU. Self-mastery is the least expensive commodity and the most valuable attractor of champions.
Knowing how to manage yourself is the starting point of team leadership.
One of our leaders is:
- on target to make 1.2 million dollar profit this financial year
- working no more than 5 days a week
- hardly listing and selling himself
- taking the time to be with his children from 3pm
