  • Constantly review our courses to ensure the highest standards;

  • Implement a quality review program that ensures alignment of our courses with changes and practices;

  • Ensure that our trainers possess appropriate training skills, required qualifications and relevant experience;

  • Implement a quality control program that consists of assessing clients’ needs, evaluating clients’ satisfaction, obtaining clients’ feedback and conducting regular surveys;

  • Appoint staff on the basis of individual merit and evidence of good character irrespective of race, gender, status, religious affiliation, family responsibilities, ethnicity, impairment or age;

  • Provide and maintain a safe and healthy working and training environment for its employees, clients, students and anyone entering upon its premises or in connection to the organisation’s business operations;

  • Provide and improve workplace and training that is Occupational Health Safety (OHS) performance;

  • Display the highest standard of duty of care towards our own personal welfare and the welfare of others;

  • Treat all persons with respect and courteous behaviour at all times;

  • Create an inviting, harmonious work and training environment in which all persons are to be treated with equality;

  • Provide a healthy, drug free work and training environment;

  • Welcome students applications for individuals regardless of race, gender, status or religious affiliation;

  • Consider admission application based on connection with specialised field of teaching and training;

  • Consider admission and continuation application based also on good character evidence, content retention competence and the ability to succeed at completing the course and assessment process and aptitude in the sharing of synergi first vision and mission statements;

  • Conduct assessments equitably, taking into account the principles of fairness, reliability, validity and flexibility. Assessments are conducted focusing on the students’ knowledge and skills;

  • Recognises the AQF (Australian Quality Training Framework) Qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by any other registered training organisation;

  • Treat all complaints seriously and attempt to resolve issues promptly, fairly and equitably;

  • Safeguard confidentiality of information.
